2. Permitted Use

You may use Tokvio for any lawful purpose including:

• Brainstorming and idea generation
• Learning and education
• Business and professional tasks
• Personal projects and creative work

3. Prohibited Use

The following uses of Tokvio are strictly prohibited.

Illegal Content

Generating or distributing any content that is illegal under applicable laws including copyright infringement, defamation, fraud, or illegal discrimination.

Child Safety

Creating any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way. This is our strictest rule and violations are reported to appropriate authorities immediately.

Harassment and Harm

Using Tokvio to harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, or cause harm to any individual or group.

Hate Speech

Generating content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

Malicious Code

Creating, distributing, or deploying malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software.

Platform Abuse

Attempting to hack, exploit, overwhelm, or manipulate Tokvio's systems. Attempting to extract model weights, bypass safety measures, or reverse engineer our technology.

Spam and Automation

Using Tokvio to create spam, operate bots, send unsolicited communications, or conduct any automated abuse at scale.

Impersonation

Impersonating any person, organization, or entity in a deceptive or harmful way.

Misinformation

Deliberately generating and distributing false information intended to deceive or mislead others in ways that could cause real-world harm.

Privacy Violations

Using Tokvio to gather private information about individuals without their consent, conduct surveillance, or facilitate stalking.

Violence and Extremism

Generating content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates acts of violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.

Underage Use

Using Tokvio if you are under 13 years of age.

Reselling

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to Tokvio without written permission.

4. Consequences of Violations

Minor Violations

Warning issued and violating content removed.

Serious Violations

Immediate account suspension pending review.

Severe Violations

Illegal activity, CSAM, and similar severe violations will result in immediate permanent account termination, no refund, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

We take these rules seriously and enforce them consistently. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our discretion.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy please report it to us.

6. Updates

We may update this policy as Tokvio grows and as new situations arise. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Tokvio after updates means you accept the revised policy.
