Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tokvio. You must read, understand, and agree to these terms in order to use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tokvio.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use Tokvio. By creating an account or using our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Tokvio you must meet all of the following requirements:

We may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted. Terminated underage accounts are not eligible for refunds.

3. What Tokvio Provides

Tokvio is an AI chat platform that provides access to multiple AI models — including Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, and Gemini by Google — through one unified interface. Our platform routes your messages to the appropriate AI model and returns responses to you.

AI responses are not professional advice. Responses generated by AI models through Tokvio do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult a licensed and qualified professional before making any decision that requires professional expertise.

AI responses may be inaccurate. AI models can and do make mistakes. They may generate responses that are incorrect, outdated, misleading, or incomplete. Always verify important information from authoritative and independent sources before acting on it. Tokvio is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI responses, including any losses, damages, or negative outcomes that result from acting on AI-generated content.

4. Your Account

When you create a Tokvio account, you are responsible for:

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Each Tokvio account is for the exclusive use of one individual. Creating multiple accounts per person is not permitted.

You may use Tokvio for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to writing, research, coding, creative projects, and professional work.

6. Credits and Plans

Tokvio operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you send a message through the platform.

Message estimates are based on standard message usage of 100 credits each. Deep Think mode uses approximately 250 credits per message. Premium model access uses 500–1,000 credits per message. Actual message counts may vary based on usage patterns.

7. Payments and Billing

Pricing

Subscription fees are billed monthly on the same date as your original subscription start date. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment account details.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. You will also receive an email notification informing you of the failed payment. You have 7 days from the date of the failed payment to update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days your account will be downgraded until payment is successfully processed.

We offer a limited refund window on first subscriptions only. To qualify for a refund:

11. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Tokvio, including the prompts you write and the AI-generated outputs you receive. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated outputs complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Our Platform

Tokvio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Tokvio platform, including its technology, design, branding, interface, systems, and underlying code. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Tokvio platform without our explicit written permission.

AI-Generated Outputs

The copyright status of AI-generated outputs may vary by jurisdiction and is an evolving area of law. We make no representations or warranties about the copyright status, ownership, or intellectual property rights associated with AI-generated content.

12. Privacy

Your use of Tokvio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at tokvio.io/privacy and is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

You may close your account at any time from your account settings page. Upon account closure, all your personal data and conversation history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Tokvio is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 17.

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact us informally to attempt to resolve the issue. Send your concern to supporttokvio@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days and make a good-faith effort to resolve your concern.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of Tokvio shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Kansas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You expressly waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. For significant changes we will notify you by email at least 3 days before the changes take effect. For minor changes such as clarifications or corrections we may update immediately.

Continued use of Tokvio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms you must stop using Tokvio before the changes take effect.
