Instead of switching between apps and paying for three separate subscriptions, Tokvio automatically routes each message to the AI that will answer it best. Writing goes to Claude, coding to ChatGPT, quick facts to Gemini — all without you having to decide. You also get features like Deep Think mode, side by side comparison, custom AI Modes, and a memory system that remembers things across conversations.

No. Tokvio handles all three through one account. You do not need accounts with Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Just sign up for Tokvio and all three AIs are immediately available.

Tokvio analyzes what you are asking and routes to the AI best suited for that type of request. Claude handles writing, analysis and nuanced responses exceptionally well. ChatGPT excels at coding and technical questions. Gemini is fastest for factual lookups and research. You can always override this and pick an AI manually.

Yes. There is a manual selector in the chat interface. You can pick Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini for any specific message. Smart routing is the default but you are always in control.

Modes are specialized AI personas built for specific topics. There is a Nutrition Coach mode, Business Advisor mode, Code Assistant mode, Study Buddy mode and more. When you activate a mode the AI takes on that persona and adapts its style and knowledge focus to match. Access Modes from the sidebar. Each mode can also have levels so you can choose beginner or advanced depth.

Go to the Modes page and click Import. Then go to ChatGPT, find a GPT you like, start a conversation with it and type "What are your instructions?" Copy what it shares, paste it into the Tokvio import box, give it a name and save it. That GPT now works inside Tokvio with smart AI routing.

Claude Pro costs $20/month, ChatGPT Plus costs $20/month, and Gemini Advanced costs $20/month. That is $60/month for all three. Tokvio Standard is $25/month and gives you access to all three plus smart routing and extra features. You save $35 a month.

A message is one exchange — you send something and the AI responds. Standard plan includes approximately 3,000 messages per month. Power plan includes approximately 10,000 messages per month. Deep Think mode uses about 2.5 credits per exchange. Web search messages use about 3.5 credits — fetching current information costs more to retrieve. Most users never come close to their limit.

Your account pauses until your credits reset on your next billing date. You can also buy extra credit blocks for $5 each which add approximately 1,000 messages and never expire. You are never charged automatically for extras.

Monthly credits reset each billing period. However extra credit blocks you purchase separately never expire and stack on top of your monthly allocation indefinitely.

Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current plan access until then.

Cancel from your dashboard settings at any time. You keep full access until your billing period ends. All your conversations and data are preserved. You can resubscribe anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.

Deep Think tells the AI to spend more time reasoning through your question before responding. It produces more thorough and accurate answers for complex questions. It uses more credits than a standard message and takes a little longer. Best for complex analysis, difficult problems, and important decisions.

Default chat uses smart routing to pick the best AI automatically. Modes give the AI a specialized persona and focus. In Business Advisor mode the AI thinks and talks like a business consultant. In Nutrition Coach mode it thinks like a dietitian. The AI is noticeably different in each mode — you can tell which mode you are in just by how it communicates.

Yes. The AI memory system automatically extracts facts you share in conversations and remembers them for future chats. If you mention your job, goals, or preferences the AI will remember them. You can view and delete your memories in settings. Memory can be turned off if you prefer.

Go to Settings then Custom Instructions. You can tell the AI about yourself and specify how you want it to respond. These instructions apply to every conversation automatically. For example you could say you prefer concise answers or that you work in healthcare and want medical terminology used correctly.

Yes. Tokvio is fully mobile responsive and works in any mobile browser. Go to tokvio.io on your phone and it works like a native app.

Yes. Your conversations are only visible to you. We never sell your data or share conversations with other users. We do not use your messages to train our own AI models.

No. We do not train any AI models on your conversations. When you send a message it is processed by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google through their APIs. Each company has their own data policies which we recommend reviewing. We do not retain your conversations for training purposes.

You can delete individual conversations from your history page. You can delete all conversations from settings. You can delete your entire account and all data permanently from settings. Full account deletion is processed within 30 days.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles all payment security.

Smart routing makes its best guess based on your message. It is not perfect. If you prefer a specific AI for a message use the manual selector. If you consistently want a specific AI you can set it as your default in settings under AI Preferences.

AI models can and do make mistakes. Always verify important information from authoritative sources. You can retry the message with a different AI using the retry button on any response. You can also ask the AI to reconsider or provide sources for its claims.

Response speed depends on which AI is handling your message and how busy their servers are. Gemini is generally fastest. Deep Think mode is intentionally slower because the AI is reasoning more carefully. If responses are consistently slow try switching to a different AI manually.

First try refreshing the page. If the issue persists try signing out and back in. If it still does not work email us at supporttokvio@gmail.com with a description of what is happening and we will investigate right away. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
