Refund Policy

1. No Refunds — General Policy
All purchases including subscription plans and extra credit blocks are generally non-refundable once payment is processed. By subscribing or purchasing credits you agree to this policy.
2. Exception — Unused Accounts Only
We will consider a refund request only if all of the following conditions are met:
- It is within 24 hours of your first payment
- You have used fewer than 1,000 credits (approximately 10 messages)
- This is your first ever Tokvio subscription
- You contact us at supporttokvio@gmail.com within the 24-hour window
If all conditions are met we will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
3. No Refunds If Credits Used
If you have used more than 1,000 credits no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Credits represent real AI processing costs that cannot be recovered once used.
4. Extra Credit Blocks
Extra credit block purchases ($5 per block of ~200 messages) are non-refundable once added to your account. These credits never expire.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain full access until the end of the period you paid for.
